Breath & Balance: Intermediate Practice

September 10 - October 10, 2025

Course Format

Weekly 90-minute sessions combining instruction, guided practice, and group discussion. All sessions include take-home materials and practice recordings.

What You'll Need

Just comfortable clothing and an open mind. We provide cushions, blankets, and all materials. No previous experience required - these courses are designed for complete beginners.
