Back in 2018, I was sitting in a cramped Mumbai office, watching the clock tick past midnight again. The stress was eating me alive, and I knew something had to change. That's when I stumbled upon meditation – not the mystical, complicated version you see in movies, but simple, practical techniques that actually worked.

What started as a personal quest for peace became something much bigger when I realized how many people were struggling with the same overwhelming feeling of being constantly "on edge."

Founded in Vadodara, Gujarat, Zyntra Core emerged from countless conversations with friends, colleagues, and eventually students who were all asking the same question: "How do I find calm in this chaos?" We discovered that most meditation resources either assumed you had hours to spare or threw you into deep philosophical waters when you just wanted to breathe easier.

Our approach is different. We focus on starter meditation steps that fit into real life – the kind of techniques you can use during your lunch break, before that big presentation, or when you're stuck in traffic. Since our founding, we've helped over 5,000 individuals take their first steps toward mindfulness, and honestly, seeing someone discover their own inner calm never gets old.
